Irfan Lateef, Bryant Chen and Mengmeng Du from Knobbe Martens, delivered a valuable presentation of an overview of inter partes review (IPR) proceedings and strategic concerns regarding related patent litigation. They also discussed recent developments and strategies that both patent owners and accused infringers should be aware of in IPRs.
