U.S.-based lawyers with extensive experience explain the latest litigation cases and trends for Japanese companies

The event, which was held at Covington & Burling's Los Angeles, CA, office, aimed to provide an overview of the latest litigation cases and trends for Japanese companies.
At the event, six U.S. based lawyers with a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge used their expertise to explain the latest cases and trends on important topics such as class actions, intellectual property, litigation insurance, litigation under the Biden administration, M&A, and trade secret protection, all of which business professionals who areis responsible for legal affairs in Japanese companies with overseas operations should know. The lectures, followed by a moderated discussion by FRONTEO, were specially designed to take into account the unique circumstances of Japanese business professionals.
