Brian Paul Gearing and Michael H. Jacobs also talked about the impact of these developments on Japanese corporations doing business in the United States and recent developments in the area of U.S. patent-infringement damages for activities occurring outside of the United States.

Shiho Tanaka and Vlad Lobatchev of FRONTEO USA led a moderated discussion and Q&A session for more than 100 attendees.
