Webinar: Key to Lowering Discovery Costs with AI
In this video, Edward Rippey, Partner and Chair of eDiscovery and Information Management Practice at Covington & Burling LLP and Lilith Bat-Leah, Senior Director, Data Science and Strategy from FRONTEO are going to cover the following three topics.
- Legal expertise (defensibility, case law, cooperation with opposing counsel) They are going to talk about what's defensible in this arena with AI, and a bit about the case law. Then they also talk a little bit about cooperating with opposing counsel and not necessarily be so adversarial when it comes to using AI.
- Technology (accurate predictions and features that facilitate analysis and review) What makes for a good review with the kind of metrics to look at? So that you're doing things in a defensible way, technically speaking.
- Consulting (use the technology to achieve your objectives most efficiently) There are cutting-edge AI tools out there, but it takes consulting pieces to utilize those technologies in the most efficient way.
