On November 1st (ET), in collaboration with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, FRONTEO hosted a free webinar on “Mass and Class Actions: A Guide to U.S. Securities Fraud, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Mass Torts Litigation".
Eric Rieder, Chris Larocco and Daniel P. Mach partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, delivered an informative presentation about major liability risks for companies from U.S. litigation, such as securities fraud class actions, mergers & acquisitions challenges, and mass tort litigation. They also discussed an overview for Asian companies with a U.S. presence of recent litigation trends relating to these features of the U.S. legal landscape.
Shiho Tanaka and Vlad Lobatchev of FRONTEO USA led a moderated discussion and Q&A session.
