Rob Shaffer, Pete Herrick and Stephen McIntyre, partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, delivered a presentation about hot topics and trends at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law. They covered antitrust policy under the Biden administration, and the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission’s recent enforcement actions in IP-intensive industries, among other subjects.
