On December 7th (ET), in collaboration with Covington & Burling LLP, FRONTEO hosted a free webinar on "Global Hot Topic" Optimal Cell Phone, Text Message, and Ephemeral Message Policies for Cross-Border Matters Between Japan and the US.
Edward Rippey, Partner at Covington & Burling LLP, delivered a presentation about company policies that create business efficiencies, and, minimize legal risks focusing on cross-border litigations and investigations between Japan and the United States. He also discussed how to choose the best cell phone policy for employees, how best to control the use of text messages and ephemeral messages, and how to make optimal decisions in regard to the numerous new technologies that are now coming on the market.
Shiho Tanaka and Vlad Lobatchev of FRONTEO USA led a moderated discussion and Q&A session.
