On March 29th (ET), in collaboration with Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, FRONTEO hosted a free webinar on “When Antitrust Investigations Go Global：Tips for Handling Cross-Border Investigations and Avoiding Pitfalls".
Steven Cherry, April Williams and Claire Bergeron, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, delivered a presentation of recent trends in cross-border investigations; factors to consider when deciding whether to cooperate with or push back against regulatory bodies. Also they talked about cautionary tales and general tips on coordinating responses to multiple governmental authorities. More than 170 people have registered for this webinar. Shiho Tanaka and Vlad Lobatchev of FRONTEO USA led a moderated discussion and Q&A session.
