We have enhanced our existing forensic services with new cutting-edge digital forensics software package, and we are working on adding more certified forensic experts to our staff. In electronic discovery, the need for meticulous and thorough analysis is paramount, and we believe that our new technology offering will enable our forensic experts to meet the evolving challenges faced by law firms and corporations head-on. Today, we invite you to watch a video where FRONTEO’s data science director - Vlad Lobatchev, and a senior partner at a leading U.S. law firm Covington & Burling LLP - Ed Rippey, will talk about the role of digital forensics in electronic discovery. Our speakers will discuss the dangers of improperly done forensic work, importance of retaining qualified forensic experts for data collection or device analysis instead of a relying on a DIY approach and provide an overview of some of the challenges to cross-border forensic work. About Edward H. Rippey , Partner, Covington & Burling LLP
Mr. Rippey is an attorney specializing in complex litigation matters in a variety of practice areas and has extensive experience in patent, antitrust, copyright, securities, pharmaceutical, transportation, telecommunications, energy, mining, gaming and sports industry related litigation.
