- Scott M. Cohen, Managing Director(Winston &Strawn LLP)
Mr. Cohen oversees all aspects of the Firm's litigation technology, practice & client services, electronic discovery operations and document review centers. Throughout his career, Mr. Cohen has worked in a consultative capacity with law firms and corporate legal departments enabling them to effectively leverage technology in all legal practice areas. With a focus on electronic discovery, complex data analytics, and litigation readiness, Mr. Cohen advises firm lawyers and clients on a wide range of topics relating to discovery in complex litigation. Mr. Cohen is a frequent writer and speaker on a variety of subjects ranging from electronic discovery best practices and legal cost control to leadership development, performance management and staff mentoring in legal organizations.
Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Mr. Cohen was the Practice Support Director for Proskauer Rose where he was responsible for the development and operation of the firm’s practice support department. Mr. Cohen also served as the Director of Information Technology for MetLife where he was responsible for providing general technology and litigation support services to the corporation's large and geographically dispersed legal, records and internal audit departments.

Brad Schaffel is the Manager of Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Schaffel has held this position since November, 2017. He has 30 years of experience in various levels of project management in the legal space.
Tasked with creating a team of experienced professionals, Brad has been successful in building departments of top-tier individuals who can act as in-house legal technology consultants as well as excellent project managers and technicians. He continuously strives to improve automation and workflow; keeping up with the growing size and complexity of discovery requests is an on-going challenge that requires constant attention.
Mr. Schaffel’s current responsibilities include overseeing preservation and litigation hold efforts and tracking sensitive data the frim receives from its clients. This is in addition to overseeing and managing the day-to-day discovery consultation and project management provided by his team.
